Lenovo G450 laptop model

Is it possible to install a video card to my Lenovo G450 laptop model no. 20020?
I want my pc to handle good graphics but it's very limited because it did not have a built in video card. i want my laptop for gaming but the video card limits the speed and graphics of games. Can i do something to improve my laptop's gaming capacity?

If that laptop did not have a "built-in video card" the screen would always be blank. It does have a "built-in video card", but it is called an Integrated Video Chipset, and specifically... the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M. Now... are there other kinds of Video cards that you can use in a laptop? Yes. You can currently purchase USB video cards to add multiple monitor functionality. However, none of them are made for performance. Can you remove the intergrated video chipset and replace it with a better one? Nope. Can you purchase a PCMCIA express video card? YES! http://www.asus.com/Product.aspx?P_ID=cjytZpI6lGKd6XX8 There is one of the first Multimedia docking stations for laptop users. It connects to the laptop via the PCI Express slot (The PCMCIA slot on the laptop). It has an NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT built into it for Video. Of course, finding one might be the issue, even though it is now 3 years old. end of line
