Could be for a number of reasons. Without actually looking at what is running on your computer it is difficult to say what is causing it.
2 :
Many possibibilities. Firstly, clean the system of all spyware and malware first. Also do a defragmentation of the hard disk. Hope this helps.
3 :
May be you have lots of programs installed that's why your computer take a lot of time reading it while it boot, so it takes time. Suggestion: Remove unnecessary programs and files, defrag your laptop and you can add more RAM !
4 :
It's not just you. Mine takes about 5 minutes to fully load everything and I have disabled all extra programs and installed several programs designed to speed it up. The only one that might help is Advanced System Care, it's easy to use and unless you really know what you are doing it's the safest way to pick some speed back up! Here's the link and it is free. http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html?tag=mncol

You may find the article How To Use a Webcam (http://mailVU.com/blog/how-to-use-a-webcam/) helpful as it describes how to use your webcam for taking pictures, recording videos, and video chat. It recommends several free software tools, and provides links where you can download them.
2 :
Your computer should automatically access any built in cams when you are using it on a program that uses it (example: skype, facebook, ect). If you want to take pictures or record video without these programs, I can't say for sure, but my vista laptop came with software called Cyberlink YouCam which is a simple program for recording and photographing with the webcam offline. Hopefully that helps.

well i don't know of a program or anything but sometimes the desktop tray hides icons try clicking on the arrow in the bottom right of your desktop on the strart bar. if it isn't there check in control panel under startup bar
2 :
That's the Power Manager driver. You can get that from this link. http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-61583
3 :
Within the 'Power Options Properties' panel tick the box within Advanced that is labeled 'Always show icon on the task bar' otherwise it will only display while you are on battery power. It is under 'Advanced' and not under 'Advanced Settings'. You can reach the 'Power Options Properties' by selecting 'Control Panel' on the start menu and then selecting 'Power Options'. By default the battery icon only appears while you are on battery power.

That's pretty vague. Uninstall un-needed programs. clean out your temp folders. Or buy a bigger hard drive and have someone ghost the old one to the new one. There are 2 types of hard drives in modern laptops IDE or SATA. Prices range from $75 to $200.
2 :
Some Lenovo computers come with the hard drive split into a C drive and D drive. Check to see if your system is like this, and if so change the install location to the D drive during the software install.
